Dropped it from hip height onto concrete and the 3m protection definitely did its job — not a scratch. The plant-based material feels smoother than plastic and I like that it's made from sugarcane and cellulose. Only had it a week but it's already my go-to case.
The curved edges make it comfortable to grip one-handed, and I like knowing it's made from sugarcane and cellulose instead of plastic. It survived a couple of waist-high drops without a scratch so far. Only wish the sides had a bit more texture, since it can feel slightly slick on a flat table.
It does feel nice and sturdy, and the curved edges make it comfortable to grip, but the 3m drop protection claim seems a bit optimistic. The plant-based material is a plus, though I'm not sure it’ll hold up as well as my old plastic case over time.
