Dropped it on concrete from pocket height and not a scratch—the 3m protection claim actually holds up. The sugarcane and cellulose blend gives it a matte, almost natural grip that I didn’t expect. Wrapped it around my thumb for a while and it never felt slippery, which is a win for a case this light
The curved edges feel really nice in my hand, and the sugarcane blend makes it noticeably lighter than my old plastic case. It’s got good grip without being sticky, though I wish the hibiscus print popped a bit more on the darker side. Still, solid everyday protection for the price.
The drop protection is genuinely reassuring—I’ve dropped it twice on pavement and the case held up with just a small scuff. The plant-based material feels nice in hand, though I wish the edges were slightly grippier for one-handed use. Overall, solid upgrade from my old plastic case.
