The drop protection is the real deal—I've knocked it off my desk twice onto hardwood and there's not a scratch on the phone. The curve-edged grip makes it feel secure in-hand, and knowing it's made from sugarcane and cellulose takes away the guilt of buying another accessory.
The texture feels noticeably nicer than the usual plastic cases, and the curved edges make it genuinely comfortable to hold for long stretches. It's survived a couple of waist-high drops already without a scratch, which is more than I can say for my last case.
Dropped it face-down on concrete from pocket height and not a scratch — the 3m protection claim actually holds up. Curved edges make it feel slimmer than most cases, and knowing it’s plant-based is a nice bonus.
