The curved edges sit really flush in my palm, and the sugarcane blend feels surprisingly smooth—not rubbery or slippery. It's survived a few waist-high drops onto tile so far without a scratch, which is more than I can say for my last two cases.
Dropped it face-down on concrete from pocket height and the curved edges took the hit with barely a scuff. The sugarcane blend feels more solid than the plastic ones I've used, and the grip is just right.
The plant-based material feels surprisingly premium in hand, not plasticky at all, and the curved edges make it super comfortable to grip. Dropped it from pocket height on concrete twice already and the 3m protection claim definitely holds up, no scratches or flexing.
