Curved edges make it feel thinner than it is, and the sugarcane blend has a nice matte grip that doesn't pick up fingerprints. Dropped it from chest height onto pavement yesterday—not a scratch on the phone.
The plant-based material is surprisingly sturdy—I've dropped it twice on pavement and there's not a scratch on the phone. The sugarcane blend gives it a matte, grippy feel that doesn't slide out of my hand like plastic cases do.
The curved edges feel really nice in hand, and I love that it's made from sugarcane and cellulose instead of plastic. Dropped it from pocket height onto concrete and it didn't budge, so the 3m protection claim seems legit so far.
