I was honestly skeptical about a plant-based case holding up, but after a month of drops onto hardwood, the curved edges have kept the screen safe every single time. The cellulose finish has a nice matte grip that doesn't pick up fingerprints, and it still looks brand new.
The sugarcane blend makes it feel surprisingly sturdy yet light, and the curved edges fit my hand perfectly. Dropped it from waist height onto concrete the other day and there's not a single scratch on the case or the phone.
The curved edges are the first thing you notice—they make it feel slimmer than it actually is. Dropped it from hip height onto concrete and the phone came out totally fine. Just wish the plant-based material had a bit more grip on the sides.
