The plant-based sugarcane blend makes it feel lighter than any plastic case I've owned, and the green paint has a nice matte grip that doesn't slide out of my hand. Dropped it twice on pavement already and the corners took the hits with zero cracks.
The green paint finish has this subtle matte texture that actually gives you better grip than I expected, and it slides into my pocket without any bulk. Dropped it on concrete last week and the sugarcane blend took the hit without a scratch on the case or the phone.
I was a bit skeptical about a plant-based case, but this one feels just as sturdy as my old plastic ones. The sugarcane blend makes it surprisingly grippy without adding any bulk, and it's already survived a couple of drops onto tile without a scratch.
